My Fair Cocktails is an exciting new concept in delivering craft cocktails with a "farm to glass" philosophy at heart.
My Fair Cocktails was founded in 2014 by cocktail aficionado Kevin De Fransz who had a Eureka moment whilst in the shower. Kevin's passion for cocktails led to the launch of the business after he realised there was no easy way to enjoy a good craft cocktail at a private function away from inner city bars and clubs.
Our focus is on delivering a complete new experience. In doing so, we want not only to delight our guests but also to astound them with our unique 'on tap' cocktail buffet stations. We want to make real bar quality craft cocktails easily accessible to people across a range of demographics, not just to those who are on a guest list at a VIP party.
Inspired by the kitchen, My Fair Cocktails cocktail program has been designed to be both familiar and innovative. Just like culinary chefs, we at My Fair Cocktails believe that it's all about quality ingredients - from seasonal herbs and fruits to top shelf spirits, handcrafted syrups, garnishes, shrubs, bitters, and tinctures. We start with sourcing great tasting spirits from small, craft distilleries and then employ classic pre-batching techniques with fresh pressed juices, and house made syrups to bring you a one-of-a-kind cocktail experience.
