All our craft cocktails are offered through our elegant Cocktail Towers and are complete hassle free for any home or corporate function.
Just pick the one that suits you the best. We offer you a choice of packages from Twin Towers to Four Tower options.

All packages comes with a free satellite cocktail station with all the basic adornments and other styling elements set at a dressed up station

Our cocktails are every bit culinary -
where every element is handmade and
tailored specifically to the drink, mixed
with house-made fresh juices and
finished with a dash of small-batch
bitters and fresh garnish. Whether
simple or complex, the results are
cocktails that are made with a lot more
care than your usual off-the-shelf mixed
drinks and deliver a much more
satisfying experience.





Our craft cocktails are cleverly
tweaked riffs on traditional classics;
something inventive created in-house;
a hystoric drink that's given new life.
All our cocktails are pre-batched
the same day using innovative
batching techniques to lock in the flavours
and retain the freshness of every drink.
Our batched cocktails are carefully
constructed as one made à la minute.

The only difference is that
our batched cocktails are made pre-
function, on the day. We are thorough
and careful not to sacrifice our flavours.





Cocktails on Tap is our modern take
on the old fashion punch bowl.
The concept is designed
to add sparkle to your event by serving
cocktails through our innovative & trendy self-
serving cocktail tubes. These self-serving
cocktail tubes are hot on trail and will be sure
to bring the wow factor to any social event.
This novel concept uses a 'pour your own'
stand alone tube shaped drink dispenser
to self serve our craft cocktails 'icy' cold
to your guests in a fun and engaging way.

The tubes are self serve, self cooled
(through an ice core), stand alone and filled
with our delicious pre-batched craft cocktails
for your guests to pour and enjoy.
Guests simply help themselves.

STAFFED COCKTAIL STATIONS

For an extra $40 an hour, we can also offer Staffed Cocktail Station packages, greeted warmly by one of our friendly bar stewards, then handed a cocktail. We'll explain the drink and answer any questions your guest might have,including a request for seconds.

It works well for a larger group or extended cocktail events.

THEMED COCKTAIL STATIONS

This portfolio offers a more involved custom-designed themed cocktail station with all the bells and whistles - a perfect add-on for themed-events or weddings tailored to your specific event. For all Themed Cocktail Station packages, we will set up a free consultation with you to make sure that we meet all the specific needs of your function.

ORDERING TIPS

It is usually safe to assume that each person will drink 2-3 servings in a 2-3 hour time period. By using this average you take into account those who will not drink any of the cocktails, those who have just one drink, and those who drink more. It all usually balances out and often you will find that you'll either have just enough cocktails or a little left over.
